About Me
I am a mother of 2 girls and a boy and have had the opportunity to experience a medicated birth, a
waterbirth, and an un-medicated ‘natural’ birth. I also have additional experience assisting with c-
section births, scheduled inductions, VBAC’s, and working with high-risk moms and single moms.
My varied experiences enable me to approach labor with an open mind and to trust the birth
process, and I encourage my clients to trust their body’s intuition on how to birth their baby.

I am currently working toward labor doula certification through the Childbirth and Postpartum
Professionals Association (CAPPA) and hope to be certified by the end of February.

As your Doula, I will:
Support you and your partners right to make informed decisions regarding the birth process.
Work with you and your partner as a team in achieving a satisfying and rewarding birth experience.
Provide support, comfort, and information about labor techniques and procedures.
Act as an advocate on the mother’s behalf.

I am also a Certified Massage Therapist with a focus in massage for all members of the family.
Along with providing an outlet for stress and improving relaxation, massage has been proven to
help alleviate common problems for all family members.

Sports Massage

I also offer infant massage instruction classes and private sessions.
I am also available for chair massage at yout place of business.
