A focus on helping you to define your birth philosophy
Assistance with your “birth-day wish-list”
Optional attendance to a caregiver visit or class
24 hour on-call support starting 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date
Continuous physical, emotional and informational support during labor and birth
Immediate postpartum support
Breastfeeding assistance
A minimum of one postpartum in-home visit

As a Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and Massage Therapist, as well as a mother of two, it is my
philosophy that it is the right of every mother to have a birth story that begins with support, is centered in
instinct, and is fulfilled with a sense of empowerment, healing and joy.

I believe all women are strong and instinctively capable of having a positive birth experience. Each
deserves continuous support and respect for her individual needs and desires. It is an honor to stand
alongside women during their birth journey.
