With children of my own I can understand the emotional and physical changes that occur when families have graduated from pregnancy to parenthood. As a postpartum Doula I am there to assist you with basic baby care. Bathing, diapering, dressing, swaddling and so on. I offer breastfeeding encouragement and support. I also assist in light household chores, laundry, meal prep and mom care. I go over safety tips to insure baby safety and help with siblings emotional well being.
